Actually alot of people ask about time organizing, ” How can i find the time to clean my room ?!”, “Oh sorry, I’m not playing any kinda sport, because I don’t have the enough time” and alot of such excuses people are putting just to hide the real reason which is ” He/She is not able to manage their time” …. that was lil bit in their faces, but they have to admit it to be able to organize their time, because 24 hours/day is enough to do many activities, and I’ll try to show some techniques about time organizing, setting priorities and scheduling.
First of all, you have to set your priorities, Seven to Eight hours sleeping is enough, so if you over slept you are wasting time from the day, and if you slept less than that, you are loosing the power which makes you able to do many activities in your day …. so use the average sleeping hours, and sleep 7 to 8 hours per day. … and you work will take 7 hours to 9 hours, then your house, family or friends will use 3 – 4 hours ….. so the total is about 17 – 19 hours ….
Doing some business, fulfilling some commitments or just driving around the city, that will take some time, lets say 2 hours …. that will not be daily manner,, so you’ll be able to get at least 2 hours of time to do sports, read, or even reading a book….
Now, how can the person utilize his free time, without any waste, or forgetting anything ….
First you have to read this You Are Lying to Yourself. You Won’t Remember … I don’t have a notebook to write down all my appointments, commitments or tasks, I use the new smart way, i use my ipad to write the notes, and my mobiles to set up reminders to alert me before 10 – 15 minutes before the due time, or the meeting time … and there is alot of programs on the mobiles, so if you have an Ipad or Iphone, You’ll be able to find a lot of notes applications in App store, I use the normal one which comes with the Ipad it self,
And I use the calender in my blackberry to put all the important dates and stuff, because both these devices are all the time with me, I have a note book in my car, But I wrote NOTHING IN IT ….
Also there are some applications that are available for Ipad, that you can write your notes, then sync them to your email, online server or the Cloud you have, then you can download them to your PC, Laptop or mobile … it will organize itself and out the schedule for you to know all the times you want, and need to remember.
some activities shouldn’t be daily, especially when you are married, so a lot of stuff can be done, and accepted to be done, but not daily …. so you can’t hang out with your friends daily, because there are more important things you should do, like visiting some relatives … or you can’t play football daily, because you have some studies to do, So you have to know what are the daily things, and what are the weekly things …. SO you can’t go to another city weekly, because you are wasting a lot of time on the road, so make it monthly, and make the hanging out in a weekly manner…. so by this division, you’ll be able to please yourself and others ….
So put a schedule, know your exact empty time, then full fill it with the most important things, and let the enjoyment get a place in this empty time….
